Don Toliver is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter from Houston, Texas. He is best known for his feature on Travis Scott’s song “Can’t Say”, which appeared on Scott’s 2018 album Astroworld. He released his debut studio album Heaven or Hell in 2020, which peaked at number nine on the Billboard 200.

Toliver’s career began in 2017 when he was featured on Travis Scott’s song “Can’t Say”, which appeared on Scott’s 2018 album Astroworld. He then released his debut mixtape Donny Womack in 2018.
