Biography:

Dr. Dre, born Andre Romelle Young, is an American rapper, record producer, entrepreneur, and record executive. He is the founder and current CEO of Aftermath Entertainment and Beats Electronics. Dre began his career as a member of the World Class Wreckin' Cru in the mid-1980s and later found fame with the gangsta rap group N.W.A. His 1992 solo debut The Chronic, released under Death Row Records, led him to become one of the best-selling American music artists of all time.

Musical Career:

Dr. Dre began his music career as a member of the World Class Wreckin' Cru in the mid-1980s. The group had moderate success in the electro and hip-hop scenes in the Los Angeles area. He then joined the rap group N.W.A. and produced their highly acclaimed album Straight Outta Compton. After leaving N.W.A., Dr. Dre released his solo debut The Chronic in 1992. The album was a massive success, selling over five million copies and earning him the title of "King of Rap".

His follow-up album 2001 was released in 1999 and was another commercial success. It featured the hit singles "Still D.R.E." and "Forgot About Dre". Dr. Dre has also produced and collaborated with many other artists, including Snoop Dogg, Eminem, 50 Cent, and Kendrick Lamar.

Dr. Dre's musical style is heavily influenced by funk and soul music. He has also been influenced by other genres such as jazz, rock, and hip-hop. His production style is characterized by its hard-hitting, aggressive beats and heavy bass lines.
