Lauren Jauregui is a Cuban-American singer, songwriter and former member of the girl group Fifth Harmony. She was born in Miami, Florida on June 27, 1996. She is of Cuban descent, and her parents immigrated to the United States when she was a child. She attended Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart in Miami and graduated in 2014.
Musical Career
Jauregui began her music career in 2012 when she auditioned for the second season of The X Factor. She was placed into the girl group Fifth Harmony alongside Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane and Camila Cabello. The group released two studio albums and was very successful. In 2016, Jauregui began her solo career, releasing her first single "Back to Me" in 2017. She has since released several singles and collaborated with artists such as Halsey, Steve Aoki, Ty Dolla $ign, Marian Hill and more.
