Michael Jackson (August 29, 1958 – June 25, 2009) was an American singer, songwriter, and dancer. He is regarded as one of the most influential figures in the history of pop music and one of the greatest entertainers of all time. He was the eighth child of the Jackson family and began his career as a child star with his brothers in the popular Jackson 5.

Musical Career

Jackson achieved immense success as a solo artist with his 1982 album Thriller, which is the best-selling album of all time. He released several other successful albums, including Bad, Dangerous, and HIStory.
