XXXTENTACION (born Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy; January 23, 1998 – June 18, 2018) was an American rapper, singer, and songwriter. He rose to fame in the early 2010s with his lo-fi sound and intense lyrics. Born and raised in Florida, he began his music career in 2013, releasing his debut EP, “Revenge”, followed by the mixtapes “Bad Vibes Forever” and “Members Only Vol. 1”. He gained significant mainstream attention with his single “Look at Me”, which peaked at number 34 on the US Billboard Hot 100.
